Oliver Technologies operates a vertically integrated manufacturing facility in Hohenwald, Tennessee, where every step of the production process — from steel stamping and welding to injection molding and finishing — happens under one roof. This gives us complete control over product quality, lead times, and the ability to develop innovative new products like our ASFS all-steel foundation system. Since 1995, our manufacturing capabilities have served the manufactured and mobile home industry across the United States and Canada.
Steel Manufacturing & Processing
Our hydraulic and mechanical stamping presses deliver precision metal forming for all foundation system components. From raw steel coils to finished anchors and piers, every piece is formed to exact specifications in our Hohenwald facility.
Production Welding & Painting
High-volume welding operations produce structural steel components for foundation systems, tie-downs, and pier assemblies. All welded products receive complete coating and finishing for long-lasting corrosion protection in any environment.
Injection Molding
Our injection molding department operates presses ranging from 500 to 1,000 ton capacity, producing the complete line of ABS pier pads and polymer products. Precise mold control ensures consistent quality across every production run.
Tool & Die Services
Our in-house tool and die shop handles all tooling maintenance, repair, and custom production. This gives us complete control over our manufacturing process and the ability to develop new products quickly without relying on outside vendors.
