This system eliminates the need for separate anchors, straps, and connectors by combining pier support and tie-down resistance into a single engineered structure. Rated for soil classifications up to 4B across all US wind zones, the dirt installation variant is designed to anchor directly into natural earth without requiring a concrete foundation, making it ideal for rural installations, temporary sites, and locations where concrete pours are impractical.

The dirt installation variant of our ASFS 1102 SOLO system is designed for manufactured homes installed directly on natural soil surfaces. This system provides the same integrated foundation and tie-down benefits as the concrete version, but anchors directly into the earth without requiring a prepared concrete foundation.
