Steel Piers & Heads
Build your piers using steel piers or concrete blocks. Steel piers are available in several heights and two head options for versatile installations.

Oliver Technologies manufactures steel piers and pier heads that form the structural vertical support between the pier pad foundation and the manufactured home frame. Available in multiple heights to accommodate varying crawl space clearances, our steel piers offer two head configuration options — flat head for standard I-beam contact and adjustable head for fine height tuning. Steel piers provide a faster, more consistent alternative to concrete block pier construction, reducing installation time while maintaining code compliance with HUD 3285 standards.

Steel Piers vs Concrete Block Piers
Build your manufactured home piers using either steel piers or traditional concrete blocks. Steel piers offer several advantages over block construction: faster installation, more consistent height, and superior resistance to shifting and settling over time.
Head Options
- Flat Head — Standard contact surface for I-beam and frame bearing
- Adjustable Head — Allows fine height adjustment for precision leveling
